• Agency & Corporate Accounts: Agencies purchasing multi-seat licenses or team dashboards are responsible for the actions of all individuals to whom they provision access ("Authorized Users"). Management of individual seats, invitations, and termination of user access within an agency tier remains the sole responsibility of the managing agency.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on CIMAX LMS, including but not limited to videos, lectures, curriculum designs, quizzes, graphics, code, text, and software, is the exclusive property of CIMAX LMS or its licensors. Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials for personal educational purposes or internal agency training. You agree not to distribute, modify, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written consent.

3. Payment, Subscriptions, and Refund Policy

• Fees: Course fees, subscription options, and agency license structures are specified at checkout. You agree to pay all applicable fees via our authorized payment processors.
• Refunds: Standard courses may be subject to a specified refund window (e.g., 14 days), provided the user has not completed more than a set percentage of the material. Specialized agency licenses, custom organizational bundles, or fully completed courses are strictly non-refundable once accessed.

4. Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to disrupt the integrity or security of the Platform. Prohibited behavior includes using unauthorized automated tools to scrape course content, sharing user credentials with third parties outside your designated agency seats, or posting defamatory, abusive, or infringing content in discussion dashboards.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that harms other learners or our operational infrastructure.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
